Jon has a 25-year track record in media, technology and security – and where these industries collide. Before joining AppGuard as its CEO in September of 2017, Jon served as the CEO of KeepTree, Inc, the secure video technology company he founded in 2011. KeepTree’s patented technology allows users to send and receive private and secure video messages to other users now, or in the future. As CEO of KeepTree, Jon has established partnerships with various high-profile companies including Sony, Dentsu, World Wrestling Entertainment, Bloomingdales, and others. KeepTree also supports parts of the U.S. military by providing ultra-secure communication services to deployed personnel. KeepTree was acquired by Blue Planet-works, Inc in 2017.

Since 2009, Jon has served as Chairman of Big Media Holdings, a leading producer and distributor of entertainment content.
