Bio

Pastor Bill Devlin is a Vietnam War veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and co-pastor of Infinity Bible Church in the South Bronx, New York. With a Master of Arts in Religion from Westminster Theological Seminary and a doctorate in ministry, he has devoted decades to Christian ministry and global humanitarian efforts. As national president of REDEEM!, Pastor Devlin provides aid to persecuted Christians and vulnerable communities in war zones worldwide, including Iraq, Syria, Nigeria, and Sri Lanka.

After a transformative conversion from atheism during his military service, he embraced a lifelong calling to serve both locally and internationally, traveling extensively to conflict regions to offer support and advocacy. His ministry has helped rebuild churches, support orphans and widows, provide trauma healing, and aid displaced families affected by terrorism and war. Pastor Devlin’s efforts earned him the President’s Volunteer Service Award from the White House in recognition of his selfless service and leadership. Alongside his wife Nancy, he is a committed family man with five children and four grandchildren, continuing to inspire with faith-driven activism and frontline ministry.
